1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to phpsky, an online gaming platform operated for players in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phpsky (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with phpsky. Creating multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The Company employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any user found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and all winnings voided without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to notify phpsky immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, phpsky requires all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposits

phpsky accepts deposits via multiple payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00).

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. phpsky does not charge deposit fees unless explicitly stated at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases where technical issues or payment gateway delays occur, deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account balance.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00).

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. VIP members may be eligible for expedited withdrawal processing. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment method and may take an additional one (1) to five (5) business days.

phpsky reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where account activity raises security concerns.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

The Company's decision regarding bonus abuse is final and not subject to appeal. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds forfeited.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by phpsky utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or influenced by the Company, by players, or by any third party.

7.2 Game Rules

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software failure, all affected game rounds are void, and all affected wagers are refunded to the player's account. phpsky is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of affected wagers.

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, all bonus funds and pending winnings may be forfeited. Any remaining deposited funds not involved in fraudulent activity will be returned to the user after completion of necessary investigations.

9.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may close your phpsky account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance will be paid out to you subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

Accounts closed at the user's request may be subject to a cooling-off period before they can be reopened. For responsible gaming purposes, users who request self-exclusion will have their accounts permanently closed and they will not be permitted to reopen those accounts.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the phpsky platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of phpsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpsky platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from technical failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Damages arising from reliance on any content, information, or advice provided through the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of phpsky to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Third-Party Services

The phpsky platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services. The Company is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of these third-party providers. Any disputes arising from third-party services must be addressed directly with the relevant provider.

12. Dispute Resolution
